Visual : red with violet shade
Olfactory : floral bouquet reminiscent of roses
Tasting : dry, persistent, intense,strongly tannic, ripe under wood fruits 
Serving Temp : 18°-20°C
Food pairing : sliced salamiand ham, tasty first courses, roast meat, grilled meat, ripe cheese
Vinification : on the vinasse for about 15 days, with frequent refitting. It then refines in steel and it sold fresh.

釀酒方法: 葡萄酒首先釀造約15天，再經多次改裝。期後存於不銹鋼桶內6個月陳釀老化，最後裝瓶後會於新鮮時推出市場。
