Vinification : The Moscato and Malvasia are hand-picked in crates from the end of August – the beginning of September. The Croatina harvest is picked around the end of September, which is followed by a soft pressing, where only the free run wine is extracted, resulting in a typical rosy colour with amber reflections. The wine thus obtained fermentation begins at a temperature controlled (18°) in stainless steel tanks

釀製 : Moscato和Malvais葡萄於8月底至9月初以人手收割, Croatina則於9月底前收割. 葡萄經軟壓後汁液後經第一次發酵成Free Run Wine, 呈現出典型的玫瑰及琥珀色。之後再於不銹鋼桶內在18°溫度中發酵釀成。
