Serving Temp : 10°-12°C
Food pairing : Excellent appetizer, great with delicate first courses. Its soft and tasty structure matches exquisitely the whole meal.
Vinification : The natural fermentation occurs in the bottle, so the Èlevage on the yeast for a period not inferior to 36 months. Afterwards, the bottle will rest for at 2-3 months in the cellar before being commercialized.
