It is unmistakable the intense scent of ripe grapes and almond flowers with which the Valpolicella Classico
Superiore inebriate the sense of smell.
The feeling of refinement and warmth that creates its delicate flavour , when in contact with the roof of the mouth, seems to tell all the care and the passion with which the grapes have been "rocked" from their birth to their growth on the vineyard. The harvesting, the pressing and the unmistakable great experience give to this wine, with its ruby red color, a winy, warm and velvety taste.
- Region : San Pietro in Cariano, Valpolicella
- Grapes: 65% Corvina, 20% Rondinella, 10% Corvinoneand 5% Molinara
- Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
- Colour: ruby red
- Smell: winy, ethereal, spicy, with a smell of ripe fruitsand cherries
- Taste: dry, velvety, warm, refined
- Serving Temp: serve at 18°C, open the bottle a fewminutes before consumption
- Food pairing : it is a wine that can be accompanied with agreat number of dishes among them: soups, roast meat,meet stews and cheeses.
- Production: The grapes are handly selected and pressedduring the harvesting
- Ageing: 6-12 months in French oak, 6 months in steel tanksand 6 months in bottle
